1. Please be aware that all LTB eviction orders can now be enforced everywhere in Ontario as a result of the provincial stay-at-home order being lifted on June 2, 2021.

• The TCHC Eviction Moratorium for arrears only has been extended until the third stage of the provincial reopening plan. After this, TCHC will reassess on whether to extend the Eviction Moratorium again. Evictions for cause will still continue to be enforced if necessary.
