 \u5e74\u4e94\u6708"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>\u79fb\u6c11\u53ca\u96e3\u6c11\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u6539\u8b8a<\/h1>\n<p>2012\u5e746\u670828\u65e5C-31\u4fdd\u8b77\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11\u5236\u5ea6\u6cd5\u6848\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\u3002\u56e0\u800c\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u96e3\u6c11\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u6539\u8b8a\u3002\u65b0\u6539\u8b8a\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u79fb\u6c11\u53ca\u96e3\u6c11\u4ef2\u88c1\u8655\u5167\u6210\u7acb\u96e3\u6c11\u4e0a\u8a34\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e2012\u5e7412\u670815\u65e5\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5fc5\u586b\u4ea4\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u7d66\u79fb\u6c11\u53ca\u96e3\u6c11\u4ef2\u88c1\u8655\u3002\u9019\u4efd\u8868\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u6703\u7528\u4f86\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f60\u7684\u7533\u8a34\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6548\u3002\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u8a73\u7d30\u56de\u7b54\u554f\u984c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f60\u662f\u8ab0\uff0c\u5728\u4f60\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u6050\u6015\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff0c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8981\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7533\u8acb\u96e3\u6c11\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002\u5fc5\u9808\u5168\u90e8\u53ca\u8a73\u76e1\u586b\u5831\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u3002\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u771f\u5be6\u586b\u5831\u3002\u586b\u5831\u7b54\u6848\u61c9\u8207\u4f60\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u53ca\u8b49\u64da\u543b\u5408\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u65e5\u671f\u4e0a\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u90fd\u53ef\u6210\u70ba\u554f\u984c\u53ca\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u4f60\u7684\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\u3002\u5982\u6709\u8cc7\u6599\u907a\u6f0f\uff0c\u932f\u8aa4\uff0c\u4e0d\u7b26\uff0c\u4f60\u7684\u7533\u8a34\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u62d2\u7d55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6bcf\u4f4d\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u7533\u8acb\u96e3\u6c11\u90fd\u8981\u586b\u5831\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u3002\u5982\u670918\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5152\u7ae5\uff0c\u4e5f\u8981\u586b\u5831\u9019\u8868\u683c\u4f46\u7531\u5bb6\u9577\u6216\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u7c3d\u7f72\u3002\u598218\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5152\u7ae5\u7533\u8acb\u96e3\u6c11\u4f46\u6c92\u6709\u5bb6\u9577\u6216\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\uff0c\u6703\u7531\u59d4\u6d3e\u4ee3\u8868\u5354\u52a9\u9019\u5152\u7ae5\u586b\u5831\u6574\u4efd\u8868\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8868\u683c\u8981\u7528\u82f1\u8a9e\u6216\u6cd5\u8a9e\u586b\u5beb\u3002\u5982\u6709\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5354\u52a9\u586b\u5beb\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5fc5\u9808\u7c3d\u7f72\u3002\u5982\u6c92\u6709\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5354\u52a9\u4f60\u586b\u5beb\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u7c3d\u7f72\u4e00\u4efd\u8072\u540d\u8868\u660e\u4f60\u660e\u767d\u8868\u683c\u8cc7\u6599\u53ca\u4ee5\u82f1\u8a9e\u6216\u6cd5\u8a9e\u586b\u5831\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4efb\u4f55\u9644\u4e0a\u6587\u4ef6\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u662f\u82f1\u8a9e\u6216\u6cd5\u8a9e\u7684\u90fd\u8981\u7ffb\u8b6f\u70ba\u82f1\u8a9e\u6216\u6cd5\u8a9e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u586b\u5831\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u5167\u6709\u554f\u984c\u6216\u56f0\u96e3\uff0c\u4f60\u61c9\u8a3b\u660e\u5728\u8868\u683c\u5167\u3002\u5728\u96e3\u6c11\u9762\u8ac7\u6642\u4f60\u61c9\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u6216\u56f0\u96e3\u63d0\u51fa\u3002\u9019\u6a23\uff0c\u4f60\u7684\u554f\u984c\u6703\u6709\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u89e3\u91cb\u8868\u683c\u4e0a\u672a\u6709\u586b\u4e0a\u6216\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u79fb\u6c11\u53ca\u96e3\u6c11\u4ef2\u88c1\u8655\u8f44\u4e0b\u7684\u96e3\u6c11\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c40\u6703\u5c0d\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\u4f5c\u51fa\u88c1\u6c7a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u586b\u5beb\u932f\u8aa4\u6216\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8cc7\u6599\u90fd\u8981\u77e5\u6703\u96e3\u6c11\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c40\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u66f4\u6539\u6216\u63d0\u51fa\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8cc7\u6599\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u96e3\u6c11\u8046\u8a0a10\u5929\u524d\u9032\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u586b\u5831\u5728\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u5167\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u5fc5\u9808\u8207\u4f60\u8046\u8a0a\u7684\u4f9b\u8a5e\u543b\u5408\u3002\u8046\u8a0a\u6642\uff0c\u4f60\u6703\u88ab\u554f\u5230\u4f60\u5728\u7533\u8a34\u8868\u586b\u5831\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u3002\u5982\u679c\u79fb\u6c11\u96e3\u6c11\u5c40\u88c1\u5224\u54e1\u8a8d\u70ba\u4f60\u6c92\u6709\u8aaa\u771f\u8a71-\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4f60\u4f5c\u5047\u53d7\u5230\u50b7\u5bb3\u6216\u6050\u5687-\u4fbf\u6703\u62d2\u7d55\u4f60\u7684\u7533\u8a34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b63\u56e0\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u5c0d\u4f60\u7684\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\u80fd\u5426\u901a\u904e\u9019\u6a23\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f60\u61c9\u8a72\u627e\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u5f8b\u5e2b\u6216\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u52a9\u7406\u5354\u52a9\u586b\u5831\u53ca\u51fa\u5e2d\u8046\u8a0a\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u586b\u4ea4\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u6709\u56b4\u683c\u6642\u9593\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f60\u6536\u5230\u8868\u683c\u61c9\u7acb\u523b\u5c0b\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5354\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u4f60\u6c92\u6709\u9322\u8058\u7528\u5f8b\u5e2b\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u6cd5\u5f8b\u63f4\u52a9\u3002\u5982\u8981\u66f4\u591a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u63f4\u52a9\u8cc7\u6599\u8acb\u96fb416-979-1446\u62161-800-668-8258\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5230\u90a3\u88f9\u505a\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u4f60\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5883\u5167\u4f5c\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5230\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u516c\u6c11\u53ca\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9http:\/\/www.cic.gc.<br \/>\nca\/english\/refugees\/inside\/apply-how.asp\u4e0b\u8f09\u8868\u683c\u3002\u4f60\u9700\u586b\u6578\u4efd\u8868\u683c\u5305\u62ec\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u3002\u586b\u59a5\u8868\u683c\u5f8c\u4fbf\u53ef\u5230\u516c\u6c11\u53ca\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u4f5c\u7533\u8acb\u3002\u516c\u6c11\u53ca\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u78ba\u5be6\u5168\u90e8\u8868\u683c\u586b\u59a5\u4fbf\u6703\u70ba\u4f60\u5b89\u6392\u8207\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u5b98\u54e1\u8cc7\u683c\u8a55\u6838\u9762\u8ac7\u7684\u6642\u9593\u3002\u5982\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u5b98\u54e1\u5728\u8cc7\u683c\u8a55\u6838\u9762\u8ac7\u8a8d\u70ba\u4f60\u6709\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8a34\uff0c\u4fbf\u6703\u70ba\u4f60\u5b89\u6392\u5230\u79fb\u6c11\u53ca\u96e3\u6c11\u4ef2\u88c1\u8655\u7684\u8046\u8a0a\u65e5\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f60\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5165\u5883\u53e3\u5cb8\u4f5c\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6a5f\u5834\uff0c\u6d77\u6e2f\uff0c\u6216\u9678\u5730\u908a\u5883\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u5411\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u908a\u5883\u670d\u52d9\u5c40\u63d0\u51fa\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\u3002\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u908a\u5883\u670d\u52d9\u5c40\u7684\u5b98\u54e1\u6703\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f60\u662f\u5426\u6709\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7533\u8a34\u96e3\u6c11\u3002\u5982\u4f60\u6709\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7533\u8a34\u96e3\u6c11\uff0c\u4fbf\u6703\u70ba\u4f60\u5b89\u6392\u5230\u79fb\u6c11\u53ca\u96e3\u6c11\u4ef2\u88c1\u8655\u7684\u8046\u8a0a\u65e5\u671f\u3002\u4f60\u6703\u6536\u5230\u591a\u4efd\u8868\u683c\u5305\u62ec\u7533\u8a34\u6839\u64da\u8868\u683c\u3002\u4f60\u8981\u572815\u5929\u5167\u586b\u5831\u8868\u683c\u53ca\u4ea4\u56de\u79fb\u6c11\u53ca\u96e3\u6c11\u4ef2\u88c1\u8655\u3002\u5982\u4f60\u5728\u898f\u5b9a\u6642\u9593\u5167\u6c92\u4ea4\u56de\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u4fbf\u7576\u4f60\u653e\u68c4\u7533\u8a34\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6392\u671f\u548c\u8046\u8a0a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u90e8\u4efd\u7684\u96e3\u6c11\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\uff0c\u5728\u7533\u8a34\u5230\u79fb\u6c11\u53ca\u96e3\u6c11\u4ef2\u88c1\u865560\u5929\u5167\u4fbf\u6709\u8046\u8a0a\u3002\u4f46\u4e5f\u6709\u4f8b\u5916\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u9577\u53ef\u6307\u5b9a\u67d0\u4e9b\u70ba\u5b89\u5168\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u4f86\u81ea\u88ab\u6307\u5b9a\u70ba\u5b89\u5168\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u6703\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u548c\u6bd4\u8f03\u4e0d\u5229\u7684\u898f\u5247\u3002\u8a73\u7d30\u6709\u95dc\u88ab\u6307\u5b9a\u5b89\u5168\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u79fb\u6c11\u90e8\u7db2\u7ad9http:\/\/www.cic.<br
